Many Serbian citizens marched with a long and miserable funerals for the victims due to air bombs from NATO troops.

The North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) troops, whose main force is the US military, intervened in the Kosovo conflict, which was a Yugoslavian autonomous state since 1999. We intensively bombed the capital Belgrade where the Yugoslav government was. Many Serbian citizens' living areas were disastrously collapsed due to air strikes. A long and miserable funeral marched for victims of many civilians. The United Nations approved the independence of Croatia and Bosnia-Herzegovina in Yugoslavia in 1995. The Serbian republic forcibly relocated Serbian refugees throughout the country to the Kosovo Autonomous Region. Albanian citizens who occupied the majority there were cruelly abused. In 2006, Montenegro became independent, the Republic of Serbia became a single state, and finally the Yugoslavia Federation disappeared.
