Under Amine dictatorship in Uganda, the citizen suspected of a spy, was executed released publicly for firing.

Uganda in eastern and central Africa was independent from the British colony in October 1962. Idi · Amine · Tada became a dictator by military coup d'etat in January 1971. President Amin massacred more than about 300 thousand indiscriminately and terribly including the citizen by fear politics, and also threw those corpses to the Nile River. It was covered with blood most in Africa, and also from the mansion the head of the political enemies was discovered and it was also called President of Food. In the main street of Entebbe which was the former capital of Uganda, civilians charged with guerrillas tied up for public shooting deaths.

 

東中央アフリカのウガンダは、1962年10月にイギリス植民地から独立した。イディ・アミン・タダが、1971年1月に軍事クーデターにより独裁者となった。アミン大統領は、恐怖政治により市民を含めて無差別に恐るべき約30万人以上を大虐殺して、ナイル川にもそれらの死体も捨て流した。アフリカで最も血にまみれて、邸宅からも政敵たちの生首が発見されて食人大統領とも呼ばれた。元ウガンダの首都であったエンテベの目抜き通りで、ゲリラの容疑をかけられてた市民が、公開にて銃殺刑するために縛りつけた。
